Why All You Are Is Love

Duck on an Early Morning Lake

Love is the Core Archetype.

It is the center of Everything.

It is Everything.

How do I know?

Because every creature acts from Love.

Love is their primary motivator.

Love is your primary motivator.

Not Fear.

Love.

We fear losing what we love.

We care because we love.

We get angry because we don’t receive what we love.

We hate what threatens what we love.

We envy those who have what we love.

We are selfish because we love ourselves.

But when we drop the Illusion

(of our identity and our story),

we love everything…

because it turns out,

everything is Us.

When you drop the Illusion,

you won’t have to try to love…

you’ll realize that love is all that is left.

When you let go of your self,

when you let go of your Soul,

when you let go of the Light,

you’ll realize that all you are…

is the Light,

and that all the Light is,

is Love.

  1. Wow… synchronicity.
I was just singing Ellis Paul’s song “Love Is a Curious Thing” to myself.
I thought/sung the lyric, “It is the center of everything” and read the same line in your post.
It was so exactly the same time that I had to say something.

Thanks for all the great insights!

  2. If you happen to have a Bible handy – read the 13th Chapter of 1st Corinthians (Around the middle of the New Testament) It is often called the Love Chapter.

  3. @Paul: Love it when that happens!

@Doug: Thanks. I had never read it before (I’m such a heathen). I was particularly struck by how similar 13:4-7 are to what I’ve been talking about the Light within (Radiance):

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
