Superstition or Mysticism?

No Campfires

No Campfires

BLUEWATER LAKE SP, NM—When my last post didn’t get sent out by Google to my email subscribers, I immediately asked myself, “Is my ‘Game Plan‘ too self-centered?”

I don’t mean, too selfish—I mean too self-centered as to think that I have that much control over “my” life.

A normal person would’ve just questioned why the post didn’t get sent to their email subscribers, but that thought didn’t even cross my mind.

My first response was concern: What does She have in mind? What is She trying to tell me?

Any rational person would say I’m a superstitious fool, and if I didn’t know myself better, I’d say the same damn thing, but that’s just not the way my life works anymore. I know I’m not running things—She is—so when life doesn’t flow for me, I get… vigilant.

I posted my “Game Plan” post two days ago.

Today I found out that my sister is in the hospital with Sepsis.

That’s all I know and it sucks.

I hope she gets better.
