The New Forums

Two Boulders

Two Boulders

On the Kern River, LAKE ISABELLA, CA—I’ve often said that this blog is all over the place and I need to bring it into some kind of focus—but I really don’t see that happening.

So rather than fight my nature, I’ve decided to create a spiritually focused forum to make things even more complicated, I mean, to break out the deeper spiritual stuff from the lighter blog fare.

You can access them via the Forums Tab above.

Anyone can read the forum posts, but in order to start a new discussion, or comment on an existing one, you need to sign up via the forum sidebar.

Some of my hopes for the forums are:

  • Move some of the deeper spiritual stuff there, freeing up the blog to be more of an online journal
  • Make it easier to interact with readers
  • Have a platform to get feedback from readers (ie: see this topic)
  • Provide a way for readers to connect and share with each other
  • Provide a platform for future students to journal and interact with myself and each other

I’ve added a few topics to get us started, so please join, comment, and/or start your own discussions.

Let me know if you have any problems or suggestions.

I have been looking & admiring your awesome photos for over a year…I don’t always read your notes, (time/busy) but just love the work you do. I have started copying the pictures and adding them to my background pictures on my desktop (Windows 8). Just love when one pops up. Am especially partial to the Kern River ones lately as we camped there years ago. It is a memory you brought back as I loved the time we spent there.

Anyway just wanted to comment that I am delighted about your spiritual journey as I am having a rewarding one also.
The Forum seems like an excellent idea. Just glanced at it and would like to participate after tax season!!!!!
