What Do I Stand For?

From One Comes Another

From One Comes Another

January 21, 2017 11:36 AM

Over the last few days I’ve been loading up my brain with the goal of uncovering a sense of direction:

So with this “pre-loading” of my brain, I pulled away all me-thoughts (a benefit of the skill of enlightenment), expanded, felt the Love flow and went for a long walk in the desert.

Here is what She whispered. Here is what I stand for:

  1. Helping others understand Mystical Oneness
  2. Helping others live in Mystical Oneness

Writing Mystical Oneness and the Nine Aspects of Being—and sharing it (an ongoing process)—covers #1.

#2 will probably require another book. I’m thinking a book of reminders (ala Michelle).

Sit around and just relax? Pshaw! I’m no surfer-dude! I’m happiest when I’m working on something I love, and I love a good project.

  1. Love your (Her) idea for book #2. Forgive me for saying what you are probably already well aware of and for offering unsolicited advice (what a pain!) But….With a good, substantial book already written and in print and a long-standing and robust online platform in place and growing, you might now find success in attracting interest from a traditional publisher for book #2 who could potentially do the heavy lifting for marketing. Since most nonfiction books are sold to a publisher before the book is written using a book proposal and sometimes an agent (who is not paid by you but from the publisher’s book advance after selling your book), you might be able to get a book contract while you are in the process of writing it. janefriedman.com has some good info on nonfiction book proposals, agents, etc. A book of your photographs accompanied with your above idea of reminders for Michelle would be lovely.
